Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 2 September 2026. Summary of the General Terms and Conditions of Service of Winservices S.n.c., which prevail in case of doubt.

Free cancellation up to 7 days before

You can cancel your booking without penalty if the request reaches us at least 7 days before the scheduled start of the transport service. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount using the same payment method.

Cancellation less than 7 days before

If the cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the start of the service, no refund is due. The right of withdrawal of the Consumer Code does not apply to transport services with a specific date of performance.

How to cancel

Send an email to taxiaosta@gmail.com quoting your booking number, or use the My booking page. The cancellation is valid from the moment we receive the request.

Changes to a booking

Changes (time, address, number of passengers) requested up to 7 days before the service are free, subject to availability. Changes requested after that deadline are accepted only when compatible with the organisation of the service; a change of route means the price is recalculated.

No-show

If the passenger does not arrive at the pickup point within 20 minutes of the agreed time, without having communicated the delay and without being reachable at the number provided, the service is considered performed and no refund is due, even if the delay is caused by a flight or a train: in that case claim the refund from the carrier responsible. For airport pickups we track your flight: if it is late, we wait.

Cancellation by us

In case of force majeure (closed roads, extreme weather, breakdowns that cannot be solved) we may cancel the service: we refund in full whatever has been paid. If the booked vehicle is unavailable, the service may be performed with a different vehicle.
