Yes. The price shown at booking is the final one: motorway tolls, fuel and airport waiting are included. No meter, no surcharge for traffic or snow.

Per vehicle. You book the whole car or van for you and your party: the price is the same whether you travel alone or with three (car) or six (van).

Four classes: Standard (Skoda Octavia, Toyota Prius or similar, up to 3 passengers), Comfort (Mercedes E-Class, Audi A4 or similar, up to 3), Standard Van (Renault Trafic or similar, up to 8) and Comfort Van (Mercedes Vito or similar, up to 7). All with winter tyres and chains on board from October to April.

On arrival, directly to the driver, at the price confirmed at booking. We issue invoices for companies and hotels.

Yes, by email straight away: date, time, addresses, vehicle, price and booking number. The day before you receive the driver's direct contact.

Pickups between 22:00 and 06:00 carry a 20% surcharge, already included in the price you see before booking.

Yes. Enter the name and phone of the traveller: the driver contacts the passenger directly.

At the airport the driver waits in the arrivals hall, right after the exit, with a sign with your name. At stations and hotels the driver waits at the main entrance; you have the number the day before.

We track the flight: if you land late the pickup time moves by itself and the driver waits, at no extra cost.

Car: 3 large suitcases and 3 carry-ons, or 2 suitcases and 2 ski bags. Van: up to 8 suitcases and 8 ski or snowboard bags. Tell us about skis and extra luggage when booking: we choose the right vehicle.

Yes, on request: infant seats, child seats and boosters. Tell us the age and number of children in the booking notes.

Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle is for you and your party only, with no intermediate stops. It is not a shuttle.

A short stop (bar, service area) is always possible: tell the driver. Long stops or detours must be agreed in advance, because they change the price.

Enter the flight that lands last and write the other flight numbers in the notes: the driver waits for the whole group.

Yes, door to door. Breuil-Cervinia and the centre of Aosta have restricted traffic zones: as an accredited NCC operator we enter to take clients to their accommodation, wherever the road allows.

Dogs and cats are welcome in a carrier or on a blanket: mention it in the booking.

The whole Aosta Valley: Breuil-Cervinia, Valtournenche, Saint-Vincent, Châtillon, Aosta, Pila, Courmayeur, La Thuile, Champoluc, Gressoney, Cogne, Torgnon and Chamois, to and from the airports of Turin Caselle, Milan Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo, the stations and the cities of Turin and Milan. On request the other cities of northern Italy too.

No. We work on the long lanes in and out of the Aosta Valley: airports, stations and the cities of Turin and Milan. For short trips inside the valley (for example Saint-Vincent to Châtillon or Cervinia to Champoluc) the site does not accept the booking.

No, we work in Italy only. For Zermatt we take you to Breuil-Cervinia: from there the link is by cable car with the Matterhorn Alpine Crossing. For Chamonix we take you to Courmayeur.

Turin Caselle: about 120 km and 1h40. Milan Malpensa is about 180 km (2h20), Linate 190 km (2h20), Bergamo 225 km (2h40). The Aosta Valley has no commercial airport.

No. The nearest station is Châtillon-Saint-Vincent, 30 km away, currently served by replacement buses until the Ivrea-Aosta line reopens (from 2027). From the station or from Turin and Milan we take you straight to your hotel.

Yes, it is home: our base is in Châtillon, 5 minutes from the Casino de la Vallée. Transfers from Turin, Milan and the airports to the door of the casino and the Grand Hotel Billia, late-night returns included.

Yes. In Cervinia, Pila, Courmayeur, La Thuile, Champoluc and Gressoney we drop you at the hotel or at the lifts, skis and snowboards on board.

No, Chamois is car-free: we take you to the Buisson cable car (Antey-Saint-André), running all year, and in 5 minutes you are in the village.

The mountains are home: winter tyres, chains on board and drivers who know every road. In case of real closures we tell you at once and agree an alternative, at no cost if the service cannot run.

Yes, free of charge up to 7 days before the service. After that the price is not refundable. Write to taxiaosta@gmail.com with your booking number. All the rules are in the cancellation policy.

Yes: time, address or passengers can be changed free of charge up to 7 days before, subject to availability. After that we do our best: call us.

We wait 20 minutes from the agreed time (at the airport we follow the flight). If you cannot be reached, the service counts as performed and is not refundable.

Yes. Winservices S.n.c. is a licensed NCC (chauffeur-driven hire) company of the Aosta Valley, with vehicles insured for passenger transport and professional drivers.
