Chamois, how to get there
Chamois is the only Italian municipality with no roads for cars: at 1,815 metres, on the plateau facing Torgnon, you reach it only on foot or with the Buisson cable car, which leaves from Antey-Saint-André on the Cervinia road and runs all year from 7:00 to 22:25, every 15-30 minutes. Up there: silence, gentle slopes, Lake Lod.
The cable car is 15 minutes from our base: from Turin airport it is about 105 km and 1h25 to the Buisson car park; from Malpensa 2h05. We help you load skis and suitcases into the cabin and agree the time of the return.
